We provide our buyers with a complete end to end buying solution from sourcing, product development, price negotiation, merchandising follow-up, in-house technical support, production planning, in line and final inspection, up to the completion of shipping documents. Below is the explanation of the step by step of order execution-
Inquiry
Once an inquiry is received from buyer, we made CAD design for actual consumption & check with suppliers & manufacturers. Then we get back to the buyer with an appropriate answer in the shortest time possible whether its price or a general query.
Pricing
Our way of pricing is very simple; throughout the sourcing and procurement process we have a very strict Code of Practice which ensures that nobody involved in our supply chain has unfair share of profit. Hence, we can confidently ensure the competitive pricing without compromising on quality of product or service.
Development
If a development request is received from a buyer, be it a complete garment or an accessory or a packing item, we take it very seriously and arrange everything from suppliers & manufacturers as per buyer’s requirement and complete the development as soon as possible then send it to buyer.
Production
Once an order is received from buyer, we place the order to the factory that meets buyer’s requirements. Our team follows the complete production process in every step of the way until the shipment is done. The sample submission procedure is followed as per buyer’s requirements, such as Fit samples, PP samples, Shipping Samples etc. All Lab-dips and fabric swatches are sent to buyers for their approval prior our production. Once approval is received, we start bulk production of the Fabrics. Also, all trims and accessories layout are sent to buyer for their approval, once the layout approval is received, we send the hard copies of the trims & accessories to buyers for their approval before we go to bulk production. Our team follows the production from the Knitting/Weaving, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing to the shipment of the garments. All quality checks are done by our team to make sure the top-notch quality in every process of the garments as per buyer’s requirements.
Inspection
Our team always conduct in line inspection on a daily basis to assure the quality of the garments. If there is a 3rd party inspection required by buyer, we get the inline inspection done by the buyers approved 3rd party. Also, final inspection is done by our quality team if there is no requirement of a 3rd party final inspection. If a 3rd party final inspection is required by buyer, we get the final inspection done by the buyers approved 3rd party. Once the inspection is passed only then we ship the goods by buyer approval.
Shipping Documents
Once the shipment is done, we arrange all required shipping documents and send to buyer. Such as Packing List, Commercial invoice, Inspection certificate, GSP, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading etc.
Payment Terms
We accept TT & in some cases L/C at sight.
