Stock Lot Department
Our Closeout Division only collects all Non-shipment, Closeout, Over Run or Shipment delay stock garment from all our connected factories by the local cash payment. After that, make quality control (QC) in own Warehouse by the mending and ironing for complete packing as 100% Final customer QC.
Sometimes some customers want to change the labels and tags. We have our label changing facility at our own warehouse. Then according to customers designs we use SKU / Joker tags / Hang tags etc and prepare them for packing and carton.
We purchase all stock lot from our local factory specially Cargo pant, Capri pant, Denim Jeans, Sexy shorts, Creeper, Tank top, Thermal, Yoga wear, carpenter pant, Jegging, knit denim, Boxers, panties etc. We buy / sell all garments item.
Stock items selling procedure
Interested customer gives us their regular communication email address / WhatsApp number. We keep sending everyday our regular offers whatever we have us in hand. Any item customer choose we send them samples at our own cost for approval. After receiving the samples customer confirm us the final price. After that we make a initial inspection on the goods that quality is good. And based on approved price / goods quality we send PI to customer.
Then customer send us 30% advance T/T payment. And we buy the entire goods from factory and bring them in our warehouse. After reworking / repacking the goods we send the final packing list / goods final packed pictures / live videos. After that customer give us the forwarder information and we hand over the goods to customers nominated freight forwarders warehouse. Then we collect FCR (Freight Cargo Receipt) copy from forwarder and submit to the customer. After receiving the FCR copy customer send us the balance payment and we finalize the customs process and handover the papers to forwarder. After the vessel sailing to surrender the BL favoring customer.
